What types of programs do you offer?
We offer a variety of fitness programs designed for all fitness levels, with a special focus on middle-aged and older adults and those returning to fitness. Our programs combine strength training and cardio, and each workout takes 60 minutes or less to complete. These programs can be done at home or in the gym, with minimal equipment required.

Do I need to be experienced in fitness to use your programs?
No, our programs are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to more advanced individuals. Each workout is designed to help you build strength, improve cardio, and increase overall fitness in a safe, effective way. We provide guidance and modifications to ensure that everyone can participate comfortably.

How much time do I need to commit each week?
Each of our programs requires just 60 minutes or less per workout, with flexible scheduling options. We offer a variety of programs, including those with 3 to 5 sessions per week, so you can choose the one that fits your schedule and fitness goals.

What equipment do I need?
Our programs require minimal equipment. Most programs use dumbbells and resistance bands or cables. Some may also include bodyweight exercises. Specific equipment requirements are listed in each program's description.

How do I access the programs?
Once you sign up for a subscription, you will receive an email granting you immediate access to our programs through Wodify. You can access the programs via web or the Wodify app, available to download in the Apple app store and Google Play store. You can access it at any time, from anywhere, via mobile device.

How do I track my progress?
You can track your progress through the Wodify app, where you’ll find progress logs and workout tracking. You will need to check in to the daily program under the schedule icon to access the workout and logging. We also encourage you to participate in our community for additional motivation and accountability.

Will I have access to support if I have questions about the programs?
Absolutely! All of our programs come with access to our online community, where you can ask questions, get advice, and receive support from our coaches. We are here to help you stay on track and achieve your fitness goals. You can also reach us at support@solidgroundtrained.com.

What if I need help with form or technique?
We provide access to our movement library, which includes instructional videos to guide you through each exercise. This helps ensure you’re performing each movement correctly and safely. If you need further assistance, our coaches are available via the Facebook community.

How do I cancel my subscription at any time?
You can cancel your subscription at any time with just three days' notice. Simply follow the cancellation instructions in your Wodify account settings or contact our support team for assistance at support@solidgroundtrained.com.
